A compassionate space for women to find their feet following trauma
Finding Our Feet was created in response to a critical gap in the support available to female survivors of trauma. Through this work, I support women in reclaiming agency in their lives and to build resilience, empowerment, and lasting mental and physical wellbeing.
My aim is to make holistic trauma-informed support services accessible to all women, while relieving pressure on health and support services. My low cost and grant-funded services include Yoga Therapy, Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy, Group Therapeutic Yoga classes, and health education workshops.

Yoga Psychotherapy
Integrating Yoga Therapy with Psychotherapy to alleviate mental suffering.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga Philosophy and practice as a therapeutic tool for holistic healing.

Group classes
Trauma-informed, gentle group sessions that are open to all levels and abilities.

She Rises
Finding Our Feet Community Interest Company has been awarded a National Lottery grant for She Rises, a project that provides one-to-one and group Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy sessions for women. In collaboration with Rape Crises in Cambridge, She Rises aims to reach under-represented female survivors of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse who face barriers to accessing therapeutic support due to financial, cultural, or systemic inequalities.
